I’ve gone to bluehost, justhost, and siteground, and the yall require upfront payment for the entire webhosting duration. Are there any companies that allow for monthly payments?

They all do that. Its not only for web hosting its also for domain name register.
I use officelive.com by Microsoft its free hosting but the domain name isn’t!
